The By-Law on permits and certificates #195-2012 indicates the conditions to obtain a permit. It also explains the type of work which requires a permit and also lists the documentation and information required to obtain such permit.
Like any By-Law, it has a legal obligation to be respected. The list of required documentation is there to protect the citizens from any problems or prosecutions.
It is important to understand it is the owner’s responsibility to provide all the information so the project can be found compliant or not.
