Since February 2024, the Municipality has been working with Vidéotron on the installation of three new cellular towers, as part of the Gouvernement du Québec Opération couverture cellulaire, for which Vidéotron was selected following a public tender.
The objective is clear: to provide a reliable network, essential for everyone’s safety, particularly in emergency situations.
Tower Locations
Tower 1: Lot # 6 069 108, Johnson Road
Tower 2: Lot # 6 320 688, Trineer Road
Tower 3: Lot # 6 210 877, Lac des Esclaves Road
Expected Completion
Construction and commissioning of the sites are scheduled to be completed by December 2026.
