About the 911 Emergency Service

The Chaudière-Appalaches Emergency Call Centre (CAUCA) provides this service in the MRC d’Argenteuil. It receives calls at all times and directs them to the appropriate service: ambulance, police or fire department.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, CAUCA serves more than 300 municipalities across Quebec, covering a population of one million. In the Laurentians region, it meets the needs of over 78,000 people, including approximately 30,000 within the MRC d’Argenteuil territory.
