Dear citizens,
It is with deep sadness that we have learned of the passing of Mrs. Ellen Lakoff, mayor of Harrington from 2000 to 2009. Her dedication and commitment to our community left a positive mark on our municipality.
To honor her memory, I have requested that our municipal flag be flown at half-mast.
On behalf of the Council and the employees of our municipality, we wish to express our sincere condolences to her family and loved ones during this difficult time.
