Message from the Organizers of the Big Red Gravel Run

On August 8, 9, and 10, 2025, the 8th edition of the Big Red Gravel Run, a unifying cycling event, will take place in the community of Harrington and throughout the MRC d’Argenteuil. Every year for the past 8 years, cyclists from across Quebec have come together to share a magical moment in the region, discover local businesses, and explore the beautiful roads along the Rouge River.

The start and finish site will be located at the Harrington Valley Community Center (420 Harrington Road). We are proud to be working with the HVCC volunteer team and to give back to your community through their catering service for our event. Over the years, we have contributed more than $75,000 to the HVCC.

The following roads will be used for the gravel bike routes during the Friday evening rides (4 PM – 7 PM) and mainly on Saturday (between 9 AM and 5 PM). Please note that the roads will remain open to traffic.

  • Harrington Road
  • Scotch Road
  • South Rouge River Road toward Bell Falls
  • Maskinongé River Road

To ensure everyone’s safety, we are once again partnering with the Sûreté du Québec, who will be present on the rotue and at the HVCC.

Needless to say, courtesy is essential for all, and we will make a point of reminding our participants of this.

Thank you!
